Intensive Outpatient (IOP) & Standard Outpatient Treatment

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) & Standard Outpatient Treatment

Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Standard Outpatient Treatment programs are built for people who need serious help with alcohol or drugs, but also need to keep working, caring for family, and living at home. You do not have to choose between getting treatment and keeping your life together-we help you do both.

IOP offers a higher level of structure and support, with multiple group sessions each week, integrated individual counseling, and regular check-ins. It is well suited for those with recent relapses, multiple DUI incidents, or long-standing patterns of use who are determined to break the cycle. Standard outpatient provides fewer hours per week but the same focused attention, ideal for those stepping down from higher care or whose risk level is lower.

In both tracks, you learn practical, research-informed tools: how to manage cravings, handle stress without substances, repair relationships, and create a daily routine that supports sobriety. We talk openly about triggers like work pressure, family conflict, and boredom-and we practice realistic ways to handle them.

Because of our experience at the intersection of behavioral health and the legal system, we also help you align your treatment with court or probation requirements when needed, including reporting, ADIS coordination, and Victim Impact Panels. You are never left to translate clinical language for the judge on your own.

Groups are intentionally small, so you can speak freely and feel known rather than lost in a crowd. You will be surrounded by others who understand what you are going through and are working toward the same goal: a safer, more stable life.

Whether you start in IOP or standard outpatient, you receive a clear plan, consistent support, and a pathway to long-term recovery that fits into the reality of your world-not an idealized version of it.
